All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Lashley London does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

3. Currency

All prices and payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

If your payment method is issued outside the United Kingdom, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges. Lashley London is not responsible for these additional fees.

4. When Payments Are Charged

Payment is authorized and charged immediately at checkout once your order is successfully placed.
You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been approved.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received.
If payment authorization fails, the order will not be completed.

5. Pre-Authorization & Fraud Checks

Temporary authorization holds may appear on your account as part of our fraud prevention process. These are not permanent charges and are released automatically by your bank according to their policies.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Verify your card details (number, expiry date, CVV).
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available.
  • Contact your bank or card provider for further assistance.
  • Try an alternative payment method.

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • If a refund does not appear within 10 business days after confirmation, please contact your bank first before reaching out to us.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend future orders
  • Provide transaction evidence to your payment provider
  • Recover any associated administrative fees where legally permitted

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.

9. Taxes

Applicable taxes (including VAT where required) are calculated at checkout and included in your total before payment is completed.
